Privacy notice
What this page collects
Our sign-up form collects your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name. MailerLite also keeps a record of when and how you subscribed and confirmed. New subscribers confirm their email address before they're added to the list (double opt-in).
How we use your information
- We use your details to send the free Southern Africa Safari Guide and the email updates described on the form, including news about our planned 2027 Zimbabwe and Botswana safari.
- Joining the list doesn't reserve a place or make a booking.
- If you email us directly, we use your message only to reply. It doesn't add you to the list.
- Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us to be removed.
Service providers and storage
- This page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
- We use MailerLite to manage our email list, and our email provider handles direct enquiries.
- These providers may process information outside Australia. See MailerLite's privacy policy for details.
- Only our team can access subscriber details, to manage updates.
Your choices
- Please share only what's needed. Don't send passport, payment or health details by email or through this page.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us.
- We keep information only as long as needed for your enquiry, consent records or legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
- We never sell your details.
Marketing and tracking
This page has no advertising pixel or marketing analytics. The MailerLite form may collect technical information under MailerLite's own privacy policy. We'll ask for your consent before using your details for any other marketing purpose.
